Services Provided
ScrapOK offers:
- Assistance in obtaining scrap quotes from verified RVSF partners
- Support in documentation for legal vehicle scrapping
- Pickup coordination through authorized partners
- End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) guidance and compliance support
- General consultation related to the scrapping process
We do not guarantee the final price offered by RVSFs, as valuations depend on vehicle condition, location, and RVSF assessment.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete
- You own the vehicle or have legal authority to scrap it
- You will cooperate during inspection, pickup, and documentation
- You will comply with government rules for ELV scrapping
ScrapOK is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, unavailability of documents, or third-party schedules.
Third-Party Partners
ScrapOK works with verified RVSF facilities and authorized towing partners.
These third parties are responsible for:
- Actual valuation
- Vehicle pickup
- Final scrapping
- Issuance of Certificate of Deposit (COD) or scrapping certificate
We do not control their pricing, timing, or operations.
Payments & Charges
ScrapOK does not buy or sell vehicles.
We may charge a service fee (if applicable) or receive compensation from partner RVSFs.
Any payment for the vehicle is made directly between you and the RVSF.
We are not responsible for disputes regarding payment between you and a third party.
Limitation of Liability
ScrapOK is not liable for:
- Damage to vehicle during pickup or transport
- Delay in pickup or certificate issuance
- Loss of documents
- Price variations offered by RVSFs
- Miscommunication by third-party partners
Our liability is limited to providing consultation and coordination only.

ScrapOK provides general guidance, but does not offer legal, financial, or tax advice.
Users must verify all compliance requirements independently.
